I was a little surprised to see right up front in the video the term Truth Movement -- I've not thought in those terms before.

But yes, there are a lot of people here who just want the truth, whatever it was that happened at SH.

That's the part that many don't seem to grasp about people like me. I don't care where the truth leads. I'm prepared for all sorts of possibilities...I have to be having been given so little info.

It's one of the reasons I get so twitchy when people say no one died at SH. The fact is there has been no evidence released that proves either theory.

The only thing I know for sure about SH...is that the story we've been told isn't supported...or is even contradicted by the official report.

I'm not trying to prove a preconceived notion...I'm following the evidence and research. Where it goes is where it goes...period.

It makes me sad to think that we struggle so hard for something so basic and necessary...not only in a civilized and democratic society...but in every one of our personal relationships....the truth.

The fucking TRUTH.

There are 67 pages of the FBI's report that have never been released. Why? What is there to hide? That's what I want to know...and as long as info is withheld and narratives don't match evidence people like us will continue to push for the truth....no matter what the event.

Surprisingly...to this point...no. Although she hasn't kept her thoughts about this event completely to herself so there may have been some that might have provided some unwelcome feedback had they not already known of her views.

But as far as "official" backlash...no.

I'll remain in contact with her to keep up on any developments. Sunlight is the best antiseptic.

I really appreciate the direction here. Rather than being funneled into obsessing about one aspect of what happened at SH on 12/14/12 and being lured into the hazy (but cruelly tempting) world of conjecture and theory, why not just get answers from authorities about why there is such massive secrecy? This is an event where the most crystal clear disclosure of everything that occurred and availability of all records would have benefitted the public in innumerable ways. Instead, the secrecy became almost bizarre. Why? Why did FOIA laws vaporize in front of our eyes? Why the intimidation of those who inquired? How can any sane, reasonably intelligent person NOT begin to question things?

Saying SH "never happened," obsessing about Gene R, getting undies in a bunch about port-a-johns or Christmas trees, spewing on about in appropriate grieving, etc., is, at this point, just playing into the very filthy hands of the secret-keepers.

The "truther" community could be put to rest in a split second if our law enforcement, elected officials, and news media did their job, followed the law, and had the public's best interests in mind. We would love to go away and take our "tin-foil hats" with us, but that's up to them.

There is an oft used debate tactic by those without sufficient evidence or intellectual substance to support their position. It falls under the category of “Logical Fallacies”.

As a diversionary tactic, this form of Logical Fallacy can be very effective, since the accuser is put on the defensive, and frequently feels compelled to defend against the accusation.

There is plenty of oddities to make a "troofer" ask questions. Maureen bringing up many of them in this little rant was telling. All of these oddities tell me that it is a story.

I am sorry to keep bringing up the Urban Legend and storytelling of this event but that's all it is. Every single question that is created, every single contradiction, every single explanation all surrounds STORIES. Stories that don't add up. Stories that are told as evidence. Stories that are told as an explanation.

Roigs ridiculous STORY about what 15 kids in a 1 person bathroom with her reading stories ( pun intended ) to help them through the mayhem.

Gene Rosen's story of kids at his house with Kook-Aid and stuffed animals.

Barbara Sibley walking up to another mom thinking broken glass is odd in front of the school.

What evidence do we have?

Absolutely no evidence of anything actually happening and that is why there are questions. The story makes no sense while any and all evidence is contradicting stories, photos and video footage of a bunch of people milling about while reporters tell us a story of what happened that day.

Have I said "story" enough yet?

You see the narrative of the Urban Legend does not need supporting evidence. It needs an amplified whisper campaign. None of the stories need to amount to anything as long as they keep the main story in check.

Why do you think every single news article continually referenced the 20 kids and 6 adults killed....... inserted in every one. Because that is all that matters...that's what they want the world to focus on. Say it over and over and over and over. Let the little contradicting stories fill in the gaps.

How come you super sleuths are not trying to connect her to Aleister Crowley? Isn't that what you do?
