I have some weird vibes today too, just feel ready to go, but uncertain.

When I was given ridilin as a kid, it was a very similar feeling. I stopped taking it because it made me feel pinned against the wall but with massive amounts of energy, but not the will to exert it.

I have posted before about bipolar. I do have an axiety disorder but usually only feel like this before an interview or meeting. Something very simple can be very nerve wrecking to me. I hate it. Today feels scary. Like I'm just waiting on something to happen. Just how I feel today. Wonder if others feel this. Also I'm all tensed up. Back and neck feel like I was in a car accident.

Stop waiting for something to happen and make something happen! Go for a walk or something.

I will admit that the Russian thing is making me a bit nervous.

I have had MAJOR anxiety for the past two days. I can't concentrate, I feel like I need to sleep, I am not eating, I feel weepy. I can't get a handle on it. I have struggled with anxiety and depression most of my adult life and I am usually able to get it under control, but I am almost incapacitated by it right now.

Well I get up early. I'm usually at work but hey they closed the store. I got my daughter to school did some cleaning. Now I'm trying to shake this off. And I'm jumpy. I feel like a kid lol. Definitely had to skip my coffee. I might just go for a walk its not too bad out just foggy as hell. Couldn't even see ahead of me while driving my daughter to school. But I like it so it's not making me anxious. Something's up but don't know what.

Yesterday, at the surplus store, the owner was telling me he had 3 Ukrainians buy a bunch of gear to take back home with them, because the UAF isn't giving them proper gear.

Just thought I would add.

Today is the 4 year anniversary of the Japanese earthquake/tsunami/Fukushima disaster.

It is rather common to pick up anxieties from past events on or around the date of their occurrence.

I woke up at around 12:30am this morning which was around the same time 4 years ago I had to evacuate my beach house due the incoming tsunami.

Yeah when I drink coffee anymore I just feel like I'm going to have a heart attack. Messes with me bad. I love the stuff though gonna have to get a good decaffeinated coffee.
