You place in other all the violence and aggression, then you use a neon blue light and beginning on other you move the light in a clockwise motion completing the circuit, keep this up daily for about GIve minutes a time, after a week or to, you cut away other and send it away not to return.

This seperates the violence from your system and gives space for healing, if you could get the person doing it to do that exercise also, it will be much .ore profiant, but is not fully necasary.

Before I was even ten I had been pushed on to a calor gas fire, beat with hurling sticks, watched my brother get beat with a hammer, and by the time I was 12 I was alone on the streets of london surrounded by complete deranged physco's.

I know a lot about violence.

That's an interesting idea. I think it should be possible to absorb any foul energy.

With significant detachment, what if our assemblage point wanted to go to that place. What if it was the natural response to being threatened.

Or instead of absorbing, just let it pass through you. Shift yourself. There have been instances when someone used their inflection on me and I felt it pass right through me. Once, maybe a year or two ago, it was a dog barking at me at my sister in law's house.

I knelt down at a screen window and the dog was just on the other side. We didn't know each other very well and I was inside with its pack and it was outside. It approached the cracked window and was sniffing me. I had knelt down at this point into a crotch. It was an inch or two away from my face and suddenly barked.

I happened to be in the right state of awareness and felt the dog's inflection flow right through me. The dog immediately was friendly towards me after that. I went outside just after this and hung out with it for a few minutes.

having a pendulum doesnt help detatching from beliefs, so much as You observing you and your thoughts on things will help, how you react to things, observe yourself, you must be honest to your self, your energy, as you go today, stand behind yourself and observe, see all in front of you, be present, put your heart in front of you, eventually you will walk in your own footprint :)

I don't put much stock into genetics. Don Juan Matus was a Yaqui Indian, and he thought the Yaqui's were pretty much worthless.

I think one of the Yaqui's was far from worthless. But I for the most part agree with him.
