If Russia nukes America what cities would most likely be attacked?

If they do hit say my area which has a weapons base it is close to a international border, sparsley populated, I think the military will be overly protecting my area.

The vast resources of Russia are all located in the Asia sector with almost no population. A US or UK company would pay those miners and oil rig workers way better than any Russian state mafia boss.
