I am for extremely strict punishment of all sexual offenders and should be castration, but I believe the rules applied to all other criminal accusations would apply to protect the innocent. This accusation is destructive to the person accused, and again, according to USDJ statistics 65% of accusations are found to be totally unfounded. Of the 35% that aren't exposed as unfounded during the investigation, it is obvious by examining the statistics that the majority of those persons were falsely accused.

It's a part of a skillful psychological war. It doesn't prevent pedophilia, is destroys the trust between adults and children and opens the door to it and other forms of child abuse BY ThE StATE. It's all part of a wider agenda to destroy the family and make anyone who is kind to and communicates well with children reticent to do so , because such a person can pass down values and teach children to think independently..

CPS and other 'child protection' groups always end up destroying the kids they get their hands on.

It's a favorite accusation to use against someone you just want to get out of the way, like a divorced mother fighting for custody or a pedophile ring wanting to get rid of a person who is speaking against them and naming names.

in the absence of evidence tying the accused to the crime, no charges should ever be filed. They should be discarded, as is the case with all other criminal accusations .The majority of convictions come without any real evidence, obviously, since the actual statistics indicate most of the convicted are innocent.

The predators who hurt children for kicks don't get caught folks.They go through hundreds of children in a lifetime leaving a trail of misery in their wake, and they're enabled because it is part of an agenda. When they're accused a judge, police agnecy or prosecutor blocks the prosecution, because you see pedopillia is the pastime of the power drunk, not some poor slob who's wife divorced him and wants custody or a victim of revenge, or a guy like Schwartz that was naming names.

You must be very careful to compartmentalize your disgust for the act from the accused until someone shows you some real physical proof, otherwise YOU MIGHT BE NEXT to be victimized by your own emotionally disconnected and irrational mindset which as been successfully injected into your psyche.CONVICT WIhTOUT PROOF, an accusation is good enough, get a rope! . and there is no more prefect accusation to destroy a person with no effort at all.
