The Irony of Religion

Thousands of years ago, a bunch of Ass-picking Nomads in the Middle East wrote a series of religious books. They did this to control their own people and to instill fear in their enemies. Of all the people on the planet (save Africans; LOL); Americans view modern day middle easterner's as the most backward and ignorant people on the planet. AND YET, THE VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICANS LIVE THEIR LIVES AND BASE THEIR OPINIONS ON THESE SAME PEOPLE'S ANCESTORS.....WHAT A HOOT? TALK ABOUT IRONY.
