Ive read that at least one state still has it available but a certified copy is 800 bucks but like most of this stuff, I have no firsthand knowledge eitherway.

I do have firsthand knowledge of how things have changed over the years where I live and so I compare what I read to this in order tyo form a better understanding of it all.

as of yet, I have not found any solution to these problems but thanks to folks like you I am starting to see a way out of the matrix.
