If the uppermiddle class don't like it, too bad, they had a chance to advocate for a single payer plan and didn't take it, now they're paying the price. We who are small business owners or self employed have been paying those higher prices, with huge deductibles for years, at least now they can't discriminate based on prior conditions. Cruz is just another scum bag who wants to ride his narcissistic entitled self to the white house where he can screw things up even more in the USA, it's just too bad so many can be fooled into going along with the ride.
