Actually I do not think that a murder charge should be levied at someone who kills a pregnant woman.

The idea though is that if the woman wanted the child then theoretically it was going to be born.

That being said, if a person causes a woman to miscarry after a stage when that child could theoretically live outside the mother's womb on their own then that person should be charged with murder or manslaughter for the life of that child. If the child could not live outside of the womb then assualt should be the charge.

because there is a potential danger to the womans health and status in pregnancy, your body is never gonna be the same and since women are only valued for their youth/youthful body it's no suprise they will seek to retain that value. Pregnancy is organ/tissue donation and that loss will have an overall negative effect on the woman's health and value as a commodity.

Abortion tards would be better off using their time to attack the physical and commodity standards women are expected to comply with.
