I lived on the other side of the park (in the white neighborhood) less than a mile away. I think my old pastor lives either on Humboldt or next street over. That whole area is the 'hood. Used to be all Jews in the 1950's. A gigantic opulent looking synagogue was converted to a church on Seaver St.

In the summer time the park on that side is full of young hoodlums smoking weed and lollygagging around after school. Literally full. As a group they don't go past a certain point in the park (White Stadium), because that's where the line between white and black/hispanic neighborhoods is. Unfortunately the white neighborhood is all homosexuals and extreme libtards now. When I was growing up it was still a rough area with low property values and just some lesbians scattered around.

Can't say it didn't cross my mind that he opened his mouth about the marathon bombing, but who knows anymore.
