Tired of my bitch tits ---- HELP---what kind of excercise?
I'm a 21 year old guy, weigh near 160 and I have bitch tits........in my later teens I never had a problem with it, now gaining on my 22nd year of life.....I don't even like to take my shirt off.

What to do? what kind of excercises gets rid of the excess fat in those areas?
Women love it...lol but I want to start excercising and getting that beach body

I'll offer some serious help.
You CANNOT spot reduce, so thinking an exercise will fix your man tits aka gyno, will not.
It's your DIET you have to change.
Get rid of all you know about eating "healthy", and restart your diet with REAL foods.
Add in 45 minutes of cardio before breakfast daily and within 6 months they will be gone.

You must lower your estrogen levels, and you can do this by changing your diet.
Changing your diet will cause bigger changes than trying to exercise your chest hoping those flabby titties will shrink.
They won't.

Diet + lowering estrogen = no more man boobs

This is the absolute truth. No matter how much time you put in the gym if you don't eat right it will be all for nothing.

Cut out the carbs and sugars first and foremost. Even whole wheat bread. No pasta, if rice make it brown, if potato go for sweet. Cut out all sugary drinks, sports drinks, fruit juices, sodas (even diet) and if you drink coffee begin to train yourself to deal with drinking it black. If you must consume alcohol I would say stay away from beer and just go for a mixed drink with either diet soda or soda water. Drink plenty of water and some occasional green tea.


Get in the habit of eating plenty of veggies, you can't get enough. Broccoli, asparagus, corn, carrots, spinach, ect. Veggies are very low in carbs with great nutritional value.

For meats stick with lean proteins. Chicken breast, steak, and fish.

Buy whey protein supplements if you can afford. Protein burns fat. If you are exercising properly a general rule many go by is trying to consume 1g protein per lb body weight.

Remember out of all of this thou, no matter how healthy, losing weight comes down to creating a caloric deficit. So if you are still consuming more calories than you are burning, you will not see the results you are hoping for.


As for exercise:

First I would suggest setting a schedule and goals. How much time do you have you can allot to exercise? How many days a week? Don't overshoot your boundaries at first, this is how people fail. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Once you have a time frame there are plenty of excellent workout routines and suggestions on the net. You need to do some reading and research exactly what it is you plan to achieve, to better understand what muscles you should target and how often.

Above all else don't give up. Just like anything in life that has value, establishing a set of healthy habits takes hard work and determination. But the end result is the most rewarding prize someone could ask for. Once you get into it too you will see, the exercises you would dread begin to become something fun you look forward to.
