Still don't get what's so "illegal" about this deal. As far as I know O is exercising his rights as president potentially issuing an executive order which his successor can uphold or not. Congress and senate have no say in this matter. Even the letter republicans sent to Iran was conveying this message. (Not that knowledgeable about your constitution though.)

Obama can't legally issue an executive order to replace an international treaty which requires 2/3rds of the Senate to approve, according to our Constitution.

What's really funny is your notion that a nation that chants "Death To America!" while building nukes and firing Shahab-3 missiles from freighters AND detonating them at the heights needed to employ an EMP attack is a 1% risk.

Bavar 373 will likely be deployed in 2016, after operational testing in late 2015. The system is a heavily modified S300 with substantial improvements. Israel would have to strike before these are put in place or half their planes will be shot down the second they enter Iranian airspace. Because winter conditions would make a strike very difficult, that leaves a window of July-Oct 2015 or April-July 2016. That's pretty much their window to shit or get off the toilet.

They will also have to destroy Syria's S400 batteries whose radar will immediately tell the Syrians and their allies in Iran massive numbers of Israeli aircraft are leaving Israel. No matter what flight path these planes later take, over Iraq, Saudi Arabia or Turkey, the Sryians will see them.

If we see ISIS launch major offenses this fall to destroy the Syrian bases that house these S400 radars, that will be a major clue that Israel plans on attacking Iran. Doubtful, but something to keep an eye on.

Biding time until November 2016? Perhaps the republicans think they can keep congress and get the White House if they don't give Obama things to go around crying about how congress doesn't work with him. I think they are also throwing the jews under the bus because many jews support the dems.

My guess is that repubs will give everything back to the dems in 2016 because many of the the independent, center-right, and right that would have voted for a repub candidate will stay home and the dems will do what they do. I'll actually bet the farm on this if the repubs continue to capitulate.

Article 2, section 2, clause 2 of the United States Constitution says:

"[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur..."

That's pretty straight forward.
The POTUS can not just make and ratify treaties by himself, even if the senate agrees to "look the other way". What's happening now, is a crime of both the president and the senate.

Saudi Arabia is funding ISIS but we need to worry about Iran who hasn't started a war of aggression in over 200 years. The reason Iran doesn't have its nukes yet is that the US and Israel have been successful in sabotaging their program numerous times. Thousands of centrifuges have been destroyed and many of the top scientists in Iran have been assassinated.

We have also imposed sanctions that have hurt Iran's efforts.

Iran exports terrorism daily. Where do you think those thousands of rockets come from that hezbollah fires off daily into Israel?

Iran is now in Iraq and they are supporting the overthrow of the Yemenese government.

Iran has repeatedly committed acts of terror against the United States.

BTW, Iran doesn't need nuclear power. They have oil that costs them peanuts to use for their energy needs. Their only intent is to have and use nukes against the US, Israel and most likely Europe. They might even strike Saudi Arabia.

Yes, for 17 years. If you knew anything about the complicated efforts to build multiple underground bunkers impervious to bombing and the technology that is required to get precision centrifuges, you wouldn't be stumped by the time it has taken.

Then after Iran was finally able to make the precision centrifuges in a big enough quantity, we hit them with the Stuxnet virus that destroyed all their centrifuges!

Of course, the traitorous Obama, like the good little moslem boy that he is, later revealed it was our Stuxnet so we couldn't do it again!

Fortunately, Israel has had great success in killing off numerous Iranian scientists who have been working on the project. One time they not only blew up the scientists but a major underground facility also experienced major damage in the process.

Oh and BTW the process of building a nuclear bomb has been out there for years, you don't have to have scientists working on how to figure it out. Iran is also a signatory to the nuclear non proliferation treaty which allows them to enrich uranium at 5% for medical and fuel purposes and requires them to submit to inspections for which they comply. As for rockets DAILY into Isreal, tell me when. The last time that happened was when Isreal and Lebenon were at WAR. As for Yemen, those are Zaydi Shittes, not the same as Iran, although their religious doctrines are similar and they kicked out their puppet ruler because he was allowing the U.S. to drone "suspected" Al Queda members while also killing multiple innocent casualties including women and children. As for" commiting multiple acts of terror against the U.S." that is just an ignorant statement with no facts to back it up.
