SCOTUS allows ban on U.S. flag shirts on Cinco de Mayo

High School kids in California are dumb. They want to wear gang colors. The school rules are you must have transparent backpacks and only certain color clothes before you step through the metal detectors.

Cinco de Mayo, it's not even a religious thing. It's a heritage thing. Either you identify with being a citizen of USA or you're in the wrong country to demonstrate your feel-good.

You don't need stupid flags plastered on your butt, your car, your shirt, your toys and all your shit, to be an American. That is what the actual flag is for, so keep it in the schools and colleges, unlike some braindead students in some educational places who have zero clue where the hell they are for all the second hand smoke in those places.

School officials are dumb in California. They can't teach people anymore how to be even Californians.

Why do so many have a problem with this. You can wear your flag the other 364 days. Wearing it just on that day you you're to provoke someone and just being a dick about it. People cry about a Mexican or a black day and where is white daywell that would be every other day besides those days.

So SCOTUS did the right thing for a change, albeit for the wrong reasons. It figures so many here would get their panties in a bunch and beg for more federal intrusion.

Yeah I went to high school in SoCal and we had a smoking section too. No fences or gates, went to eat out all the time.

Now it's totally fenced in with this ugly ugly fence, no smoking of course, all Mexican.

This country continues to be more fucked.

Home School robs kids of social interaction and how to respect authority other then family. Once they get out in the real world, they won't know how to act and protect themselves or follow rules. Basically kindergarten through 5th grade public school, is to get kids socialized and fit in with the way we all are.

It's not the "'white' kids" stirring up shit if someone has a problem with an American flag being displayed in California, a state part of the USA, on any particular day; especially a day when flags from Mexico are being encouraged to be proudly displayed. I have yet to hear of similar reactions on other ethnic holidays such as St. Patrick's Day, Chinese New Year, Bastille Day, Oktoberfest celebrations, etc.).

I have an idea. Let all the patriotic America loving parents take their kids out of the public school system on their cinco de mayo celebration day. Guess what. They will fucking panic because most of those kids are being subsidized. So when the tax payers stand up and take their kids out if school this god damned government will fucking listen.
