At around 2:00 am I look out the window at the intersection below, a guy completely covered in gold... I mean completely, gold suit, face, hat, briefcase- nothing that was not coated in gold (paint?)

The strangest thing? Not a single person even looked at him! Not one (and the street was busy, sidewalk crowded)- Typical downtown San Francisco night I suppose?

Four people in the Mission district SF, in a second story illuminated window having a very extravagantly sexual encounter with each other, I guess it was a theater of an orgy for the street below. Hard not to notice, as they were costumed and the window was open.

No such quarter was offered to the merchant vessel carrying my family.

This is hard to describe because I don't understand it myself.

Back in the late 70's, I was about 17 and driving at night. I saw what I thought was a UFO about 200 feet in the air. It had spinning lights on it..can't remember what the colors were. Anyway, I tried to follow it and later caught up to it. It turned out to be some kind of advertisement thing. To this day, that makes no sense to me. There was and is, to this day, nothing that flies that low that has advertisements on it with spinning lights.

Crappy description, I know. But I have never been able to figure it out.

I would absolutely swear to god I saw Saddam Hussein and his two sons drive by in a very old beat up Yugo type car on a US Base during Operation Iraqi Freedom. (When we were searching for all those guys) The guys I was with, we just looked at each other through the cloud of dust like "Did you just see that?" ~ I mean just too strange to ACTUALLY BE THE GUY don't you think??? Just a really strange can't believe your eyes must not be what you thought you saw kind of moment don't you think?

They are so disturbing

In around 1990 we went to Madison sq. Garden to see a Dead show but couldn't get in. My friend & I had about $50 between us so we bought an 8th of mushrooms & explored the city. The characters we met ranged from prostitutes to bikers all of them animated.

It was getting late and the night took an ominous turn. We saw a big black car race by us & stop short. 2 guys got out & beat the shit out of some dude & threw him in the trunk then tore off. To us this was an omen & we thought it was time to head home.

We cut through Washington Sq. park to get the subway when we were approached by a dealer. He was offering us heroin which we wanted no part of. We politely said "no" & he left only to return a few minutes later w/the same pitch. We said "no" again & my friend confronted him with "what part of no don't you understand?". With that, they seemed to crawl out of the wood work & we were surrounded...My friend was slashed across his face & neck w/a razor & I took a 40oz bottle to the head.

By some odd stroke of luck the group of bikers that we met earlier were near by & saw the whole thing go down. They came to our rescue & beat these thugs down & helped us to the subway. The night ended in the hospital with a lot of blood lost and many stitches. I was 15 years old at the time & learned that things can go bad really fast in the city.

lol, thats's a crazy story. What i find mad, is it's usually when you are on a drug that you see the most surreal things.

My story, i was smoking a spliff and saw this old guy (mid 60s maybe) on a shitty old bycicle solicit a prostitute and she sat on the handlebars and off they went lol.

I once saw a young black male pushing a stroller with a baby in it beside his non-white lady friend.

I saw one guy here in Vancouver who was on a busy corner kneeling down on one knee and looking up at the sky screaming loudly "watch my eyes!"

And there was a guy that used to walk around with this large black 'bat wing' type of thing, he would go down to the bay and stand on a rock and swing the thing around and around.

The list goes on and on, there are ALLOT of mentally ill people here and they do very strange peculiar things.

A group of ten of us were partying in the Hills of Burbank. Ca.
on a well lit moonlight night. A pack of large dogs chased us
down into a water ravine dam. At the bottom we could see the
dogs coming down the hill, growling, snarl sounds.
We could see they were not coyote or anything else, they were
huge, bigger than great Danes it appeared.

We ran to the top of the dam it then becomes a large
Rectangle shaped concrete ditch with vertical walls about
8 feet high topped with tall chain link fence and double faced
barbed wire. It sloped steeply downward like a long ski slope.
it then disappears as a tunnel the same shape, under the streets
and housing headed downward into the remainder of the city.

We slid down and managed to stop at the tunnel opening.
At the top of the slope which is the top of the dam,
the dogs appeared, seemed like about 14 or more, pacing back
and forth. It's about 50 yards up above us.

They were very hairy, they made noises almost like a hyena
certainly not coyote hunt noises. They snarled
they looked very pissed and hungry. They stood on two legs
Only a couple did at first then quickly, almost all did.

We all freaked out, we couldn't all climb up and grab the
chain link, one dude did, but fell on us after three hand pulls up.
there were a couple chicks with us, they were screaming.
We could see these things clear as if it were sunny outside.

We then bolted down the tunnel, tripping and falling over debri
and slippery snot like areas. The dog thingies were hauling ass
down into the tunnel. It's pitch black, can't see a damn thing,
chicks and dudes were screaming. My best bud and I came to a three
Tunnel break off point, we found a ladder and climbed up, high
As hell until there was a manhole cover, it was really stuck, took both of us
and we managed to get it open,

The rest were coming up the ladder too.
Them dogs at the bottom snarling, and fighting each other.
you could hear them climb, with their toenails scraping.
All of us got out of there and got back to our cars and
got outta there. Our clothes were torn filthy, had cuts everywhere from tripping and eating the tunnel floor.

Never forget, and we all hooked up
another time and talked about it, agreed if wear wolves are
real, then that's what them things were !

Area is. There were not any homes built up the hillside
west of this dam, back in those days.

There's weird happenings all over those foothills
Burbank and Glendale, especially above Brand Park in Glendale.

I talked to the neighbors and they confirmed the story....the guy can be heard screaming during his spells....its the neighborhood's scary house....ambulances are frequently at the house to take him to the ER or mental hospital....he beats his head against the bars leaving the blood....

Op I witnessed something quite similar. I do service work in Philadelphia and a person basically had a dungeon set up in their basement. Lots of chains,handcuffs and hoses for god knows what... clear plastic sheeting covered each wall,floor and cieling. directly in the middle of it all was one chair... I figured either hard core bondage or the customer is a torturer. I didn't ask any questions and simply completed the job as quickly as I could still wonder wtf that was all about...

In 1985 in front of CBGB's I watched a guy run from a deli stealing a beer. He ran out in traffic, turned to the deli owner that had given chase and gave him the finger, a truck hit him around 40mph and knocked him more than half a block away. He bounced and was run over by a taxi on the other side of the road.

was that the dead show where cops on horses were attacking people for no reason? I hid behind a dumpster in a garbage alley when I saw a guy get kicked and fall right by me. More horse cops were coming so I dragged him near me and hid behind him and the dumpster.

Was sitting at a riverboat restaurant along the sava river in belgrade when a big disturbance occured in the water while no boats had recently passed or were passing.
I dont know how deep that river is, but to me it seemed as though a sub was going along it.
