If you can get it, and if you can figure out how to carry that around with you, and if you can figure out how to actually get it from the bottle into your lungs, and if you like machine grease all over you and in your mouth.

Granted transportation would be difficult without a truck, but administering it isn't that difficult. What i used to do was, hold the nozzle of the gas axe under my nose, turned off of course, and then gently squeeze on the oxo cutting trigger thereby safely releasing the gas from the bottle.

Some of my colleagues at that time did warn me to not do it as commercial grade oxygen is apparently 'dirty' air as it isn't filtered as effectively as the medical grade stuff, but it didn't do me any harm when i administered as described, in fact, i can highly recommend its use a very effective and quick cure for a hangover.

If you buy the product by searching "canned oxygen" at ebay you can take it with you in a jacket pocket.

For the occasional hangover your idea is great. For people who are on the run and using it for a boost during or after strenuous activity, or who just need it for a headache, or who live in polluted air, the big tank is useless.
