Was in the screening room of Mad Max where SWAT engaged/shot him.

2 reported injured by suspect.

Suspect left 2 backpacks...contents unknown at this time

Suspect was 51 y/o white male, local origin. Was wearing a backpack on the front of his person. Additional satchel found near suspect.

3 people injured: 1 man with superficial axe wound to the shoulder. 2 women heavily doused by chemical spray by suspect.

Bomb Squad detonating backpack/satchel...were not comfortable with what they found.

But since yesterday, that number has nearly doubled. And, amazingly, the latest three are all Jewish members of Congress. Shurat HaDin, the Israel Law Center non-governmental organization has filed a motion in a U.S. federal court to legally block implementation of the Iran nuclear deal.

The NGO filed the motion on behalf of a group of American citizens who are victims of Iranian terrorism, holding more than a billion dollars in U.S. court judgements against the Islamic Republic.
