States will manage and maintain "parks" within their borders and all "wilderness areas"... all International airports and transportation hubs will also exist only in "no man's land" and all peoples, commerce, coming in or going out, will be subject to search and flat taxed no matter where it is headed or where it is from. The taxes that the States pay for the Feds protection should also go to maintain all Federally owned InterState roads, rail systems,and airports... all of their own Judicial and prison systems , as well as the long term care facilities for the sick, disabled and elderly citizens of the Nation, which will be located in their own "state". They can collect their own fees for use of their Court where interstate and international issues will be settled. All states will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Education, Judicial/law enforcement/emergency response systems and Health care facilities for free to its residents, and will maintain their own infa structures (roads, rails, public transportation, airports, parks, recreation facilities and wilderness areas )that are subject to equal fees for all per head, determined by its citizens. No foreign citizen can own land in any state and no citizen can own land that he doesn't live on for at least six months of the year (limited to two,internationally). All wages will Federally mandated and be the same for everyone, no matter what service you offer since education is free... if you want more money, work more. Businesses (including Religions)can charge what ever they want for their products and services and will be taxed a flat rate on their profits only. All state taxes should be a flat ten percent and the states should pay ten percent of the taxes that they collect to the FEDs and ALL spending, strictly limited to that income. All land, will have equal value, but the structures build upon them, value will be determined by its owner. All Real Estate taxes will be the same per acre no matter where you choose to live ... all residents on that property will pay the same rate, no matter how many live on the same property through out the Nation and the structures on them taxed once, according to the value determined by their owners. at the time of their sale only. Each State and Federal currency should be unique but have the same value. Federal money will be used for all interstate and international transactions and not mingled, but exchanged for State currency before it enters a State. The Feds can charge an import and export tax, and exact tolls for using their roads, rails, airports and parks in "no man's land", as well as protective services provided by Armed Forces as determined by the collective unamious voice of the state's representatives in Federal Courts. Federal laws and state laws will be separate and be effective for only those living in their state. Ten percent of all money that the Feds collect will be put aside for Natural Disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes, severe storms or droughts) All those immigrating to the USA will be subjected to the same fee collect by the FEDs when they land in "no man's land" and regulations determined collectively and unanimously by the States ... the FED will be responsible for checking their back ground, health and making sure they speak English and have permission to enter a State that will provide them with employment opportunities. They will be given citizenship automatically, after residing in the USA for five years without being found guilty of a crime, which will get them deported, immediately and banned for life. But the kind of change I want to see would scare the hell out of liberals because I want to see the money/slave system abolished and fake scarcity disappear.
