Case in point, kids are listening to "music" which is just the same 8 notes played over and over and over again. It's hypnotizing. (and hard to explain.) I watched the beginning of the Nickelodean awards recently and it was the perfect example of what I'm talking about. If someone could post it for me, I'd appreciate it. This so called music is created to put people into a trance state, completely out of touch with reality and easily controlled. I hear the highschool kids walking by my house on the way home from school listening to it everyday. It's downright frightening. |

Look at how in Africa, for an example, the drum was used in all types of spiritual rituals and today most of the music in our churches, Quoting: TBoogie 68818072 Black churches is often stimulated by the drum, No coincidence. I am African Merican by the way. Yeah I understand what you are saying. Your way of phrasing things, it reminds me of someone... |

Even on commercials. I sure hope someone understands what I am talking about. I have noticed it for quite a while now but don't really know what to call it except "rythmic chanting" and I can't find any examples to post.....examples of the chanting by itself. It's in all new music now but I don't know how to find an example of only the chanting. Hell, chanting may not even be what you'd call it. It sorta gods like "oh-oha-oh-oh-oh-oha-oh" and imagine that being sung by a chorus and listen for it in just about every song & TV commercial now. Wish I could give a better example.....sorry. Anyway, it really creeps me the fuck out man.... Quoting: I'm Ron Burgundy? 68797102 I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. And you're correct, it's rhythmic chanting. It goes along with the endless loops of the same handful of notes being played over and over again. I used to live by a very large and very prestigious University and could hear events in their stadium, including the football games, from my house. On several occasions I heard thousands of young people in the stadium chanting in unison for hours. They also would make hooting, as in owl noises over and over. Talk about weird. Check out the opening to this years Nickelodean awards and see if it doesn't ring a bell. Freaked me right the fuck out. |

How could a parent let their kids watch that garbage??? |
