Used that water to water a plant. Used regular tap water to water a second plant. Bottom line, the microwave-watered plant DIED. The other plant did not. THe conclusion of the experiment? Microwaving had changed the molecular structure of the WATER used to water the one plant, so it wasn't even "real" anymore, thus useless to the plant for survival..... Wonder what it does to us, when we make a whole meal in it? I used to microwave my tea water every morning (to save time getting my cup of tea ready). No more. Not after reading about this experiment. I take the extra time to boil it on the stove. I mean, the damage (to my body) is probably already done, but wth. |

Our bodies absorb nutrients by recognizing their chemical structures, like a puzzle that's missing a specifically shaped piece. If the nutrients aren't in their naturally shaped structures, how would our bodies recognize and absorb them? Chemistry... |
