Probably just a toroidal vortice but from what.

Thought so too at first, but when it "disintegrates" it looks more like sand or earth....

it looks very much like the rings blown out by etna, and on inspecting the image closer, when slightly adjusted, there is a faint puff of smoke coming from the horizon behind the trees..

It's a bizarre thing to see in isolation (from any other fireworks) and I doubt if they're producing weird fireworks in Kazahkstan.....
