You have to read the story it is about what The Lord God wants for his creation, and get to know him, not what other people say, he shows the sides of him and man. Hm. You could rephrase the question to be, "how do you get free of the cycle of birth and death", because otherwise, the universe is the way it is, reality is jacked up at every turn. See, for one thing, if time travel is possible which I know it is, imagine the complications and ramifications and modifications that occur all the time by various beings playing around with local time here and there and god knows what else.

We live in an existential soup of this sort, not the concrete, unchanging materialistic one we tend to be told is out there. You know what I mean.

So of course it's a MESS. There are beings manipulating and controlling vast areas of space and time, all the time, at every point IN time along the entire unfolding of the universe (however THAT actually happened - not the big bang).

But there are also infinite universes. This is what I finally figured out.

1. There must be reincarnation of some sort.

2. The model that is simplest is that you go through universes like you're traveling through ONE - in a particular DIRECTION.

So, you have control of that direction. You can 'work out your salvation' over many lifetimes, or you can devolve into 'lower' planes of existence. This part now becomes basic reincarnation theory...

but how we got to this place is I think quite unique, and it answers more questions than it raises. The questions fall like dominoes, in my mind.

How do you get free?

This is very difficult to answer. I have many close friends, who are in misery, and I cannot tell them how to become free of it. I myself, go upwards and down in my own state of being.

How do you get free of a barking dog?

Everywhere there are barking dogs. Move anywhere, and there are barking dogs. Even if you move to a place where there are no dogs, there will be something else that "intrudes" on your space.

The only way you can free yourself, is to accept everything.
What I have found is the world will give you tests and instances to stimulate you. I have witnessed in my own life, that people will only insult you if you can be insulted.
The dog will only bark when it can annoy you. I have observed, usually when I conquer what annoys me, it seems to stop immediately.

So therefore, Life is Trial, Test. As you get more evolved, the testing becomes harder and harder.

When you cook a meal, you are using salt and pepper to your taste. So too, us humans are seasoned with hot and cold, to generate the extremes of our emotions. Hot so to stimulate anger. Cold so to stimulate misery.

The cow does not enjoy being cooked, and moans before he is slaughtered. We do not enjoy being whipped, yet we are whipped. And if we did not have suffering and pain, if we did not have hot and cold, we would not have the guide that makes us the final product.
