gaping vs smoking

Well I guess if I had to choose one it'd be smoking.. not sure how gaping is comparable to smoking by any sense, but I can tell you I'm definitely not into that.

im on day 9 of vaping eJuice - no cigarettes at all.
sense of smell coming back, fingers dont stink like cigarettes, and are not stained.. its nice. can breathe better as well.

There have already been doctors talking about how the smaller particles of vaping will get further into the lungs and damage you deeper, what more do you want?

message to all vapers, be sure you know what ejuice you are vaping and where it comes from, dont buy from gas station or 711, those ejuices are very harsh and i suspect contain chemicals that are not wanted, also be sure not to overvape, its really easy to do so which can lead to alot of mucus build up.

vaping seems cleaner and healthier, but the high is not as heavy and some may like that…

plus, if the herb/tobacco is organic, there is probably a lot of good info (high vibe, vitamins, anti-cancer compounds) that gets taken in…

Part of the reason you get less of a high is because the particulates are bigger and not as well absorbed. As far as them being dangerous, get a grip. Its vegetable fat, glycol, nicotine and flavoring. Compare that to 6000 chems in cigs plus the tar you're not getting

OP, I don't care what other people say. I went from being a 3-4 pack a day smoker to less than 10 cigs a day in just 2 weeks. Hopefully I will be down to 0 in the next 2 weeks. In reference to the chemicals in the "juice" just don't buy cheap crap, buy the good stuff, do your homework.

I got free coupons for the Vuse ones and the MarkTen brand. The Vuse blows on all accounts. The MarkTen smokes much better, feels more like an actual cigarette, and surprisingly the menthol (which I never smoke in cigs) tastes fairly good. It's the best I've found in the convenience store category, but that's not saying too much.

But yeah, I'm with you in needing to learn more about more upscale vaping. The market has grown immensely in the last couple of years.

Take a look at aspire, I have bought EVERY cheap thing on the market and trashed them all. I then decided to purchase the higher end stuff and would never go back. Not promoting them but it is a world of difference. Also utube the reviews for your own knowledge.
