I don't know what to think, but after watching the alleged shooting on video I'll give my opinion.

The cop's plan was to kill this guy and then lie on the report about the tazer. So he picks up the tazer and plants it by the body after the shooting. We all saw that.

The problem I have is why after he most definitely saw he was being filmed, or at the very least the witness, did he continue with his flimsy story?

It just seems very convenient for the agenda happening right now.

Then again maybe he is a racist who wanted to get away with murder at a time when there is more scrutiny on cops than ever.
And maybe he felt his best chance to get away with it was the tazer story, even after he saw he was being filmed.
