I'm a hard core libertarian with conservative leaning, true conservatism, and I think the taxation of the rich should be extreme.If you were using money to create jobs, you wouldn't be using 1000 times the resources neccessary and living parasitically off of the working class.

A huge number of medical doctors in the United states are in the "top 1%." Simply being in the top 1% doesn't mean one gained his or her wealth "on the backs of others." Certainly there are people who have done so...many politicians, for example, but not everyone in the top 1%. That's an asinine assertion. Granted, there are many AMONG the top 1% who find creative ways to dodge taxes -- and that is a problem. But the fact is, the top 20% pay 67% of federal income tax. Where is the logic there? Do the top 20% utilize 67% of the services provided by government? No. Most likely, the people in this thread complaining about higher earners, actually pay no income tax. So what more do you want? Would you suggest that you deserve access to the bank accounts of the top 20%? Should everything be "free"? Where does it end...the tax burden is about as disproportionate as it could possibly be.
