No, not on someone's private property or in their home without permission. Understand, however, that at this point, its not so much an issue of the 2nd Amendment, but of trespassing. The owner of a home or private property should generally have the right to place any condition they wish upon the welcome or lack thereof regarding a visitor to said property.
