But here's the thing they were at sea level. That airplane should fly just fine on one engine at sea level.

Fuck it, blame it on the dead guy. Clearly pilot error.

One engine probably quit and he inadvertently shut the fuel off to the other one. Twin engine airplanes don't glide all that well.
