Are nervous breakdowns increasing?
I have a good friend at work that is frantic and having a nervous breakdown and my wife's good friend is also having major anxiety problems. Does anyone else see an increase in anxiety and breakdowns in friends/family/acquaintances?

No, but I've always wondered what one is...I know what anxiety is, it sucks. But what exactly is a nervous breakdown? Do you shit yourself or what?

Anxiety constantly until your nevour system experiences total breakdown and you cannot think clearly for a long time and you need to rest well to get over it quickly.

It's hell because i had it last month for first time in my life.

Now come to think of it, YES OP i think so.

But it's because internet is waking people up to the system and also because people were eating such junk their nervous system is not ready for waking up. It's a hell waking up to some of this red pill stuff when you are not up for it health wise.

LMAO, I hope they don't shit themselves.
They are just like super frantic and are really emotional. Also both are having sleep issues.
I think a nervous breakdown is when you mentally can't cope and need to be put away for a while.

Re: Are nervous breakdowns increasing?
Definitely, yes. The more we align our psychological programming with a psychotic social paradigm, mental illness will increase.

Exploitation, competition, selfishness, greed, if you don't embrace these 'values', you fail within our current social dictate. Yet these same 'ideals' are contrary to our nature, and against the normal unfoldment of nature itself. That is why society is like cancer, and why we are a desperately ill species. We need a new social paradigm that doesn't hold monetary wealth and materialism as the primary objective to life. Such thinking is a negative abstraction and doomed to create widespread suffering.
“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.” - Gautama Buddha

We are mammals created by God to live interdependent lives. Technology and society have created humans required to face drama all alone. This used to be considered punishment. Then without extended family without church h members we are trying to carry our burdens all alone. Then we wonder why people are going nuts. Because our society has turned their backs on the most important things...God and family. Thank the mormons for this.

It's sortof a depersonalization. You experience this weird sensation where you do not recognize this way of thinking before.

The weaker your nervous system the more easier to succumb to this kindof shit. It's just common sense to avoid it by supplementing and eating correctly. Doesn't hurt of course the 30 minute exercise each day. I did none of this prior to breakdown hence i pays the price.

Well it is tricky because this is a weaness of the mind meaning your mind is the only solution to fix it to previous state.

Then again there are some things to assist. I found a good webpage describing how it felt for me and it has some do´s and dont's

What i meant was that your mind is the only short term fix to calm down but ofcourse the diet and exercise along with being aware of your surroundings all play a huge role for long term.

Could be a million things. For me it was a problem with caffeine. I was drinking coffee, tea, sodas and along with all that a steady diet of shitty frozen pizzas and stuff like that. Look into what he is eating. It is usually a big indicator. Let him list it himself over 1 day what he eats. Usually reveals a problem.

 Quoting: Unsung

I don't think the change in frequency of our reality itself is the issue so much as the saturation of the false material paradigm which guides society. People don't know that they are culturally programmed, let alone what the program is doing to their spiritual evolution.

Nervous breakdowns and mental illness are virtually unheard of in indigenous tribes, because of their connection with nature, and their knowledge of natural cycles. However, evolution is geared toward us maintaining an indigenous knowledge and respect of nature, while gearing social direction and technological advancement in unison with it. What I mean by that is, instead of ego driven objectives which are perpetuated through education and abstract social norms, we need to transform toward social cooperation and evolve the ego to embrace social connectivity.

It's all about a pardigm shift in social direction. That is evolution. We either flow with the natural cycle (which you have correctly regarded as a change in frequency), or we kill ourselves (which is exactly what we are seeing as a species on this planet now).

Religion is well intentioned, but is also culturally distorted. There are some fine people who are religious, but they are limited in their ability to evolve due to psychological restrictions which give the ego power over the spirit.
