School Nurse Refuses To Treat Student After She Refuses To Recite Pledge Of Allegiance

1. The "Constitution" has NEVER been adopted, nobody has EVER taken any of the oaths in the Constitution - nor orally or otherwise, in any case, no oath should be "oral", oral contracts are ridiculous, try to provide a single written oath from the Constitution that any govt "employee" sworn to if you disagree.

2. The feds are still operating under the Articles of Confederation.

3. The "Constitution" says "We the People of the United States (fed land)", not "We the People of the United States of America".

4. The "Constitution" has as much to do with people outside federal territory as moonrocks.

5. The "Constitution" is merely used in a cut+paste fashion to slightly alter the Articles of Confederation.

6. Employees have ZERO authority off their employers land. A govt employee has as much authority as a McDonalds employee.

7. Law of the Land means "Law of the Land that you OWN", how could it be anything else? Law of the Land that you don't own? Now that is ridiculous.

8. After the revolution in 1776, there was no authority, other than the common law - and that is how things remain to this day.
