Met a guy from outer space

First, I was walking trough a bus stop, then I saw a man wating there.
Then I was in a stationery, buying an envelope, when it comes the same man with a camouflage dress, white hair, asking if I could communicate with another galaxy, because he needed to go home, and that he was not from the Milky Way not! LOL.. After the guy disappeared! The guy was identical to a guy who appears in the clip Bruno Mars, in the "Grenade" at 1:54.
