I have a cold --- I need your remedies.
I have been up all night with a bad cold/sore throat/blocked and runny nose.

I have drank 3 honey and lemon teas... I have no more honey left.

I have took 2 paracetamol or acetaminophen as you Americans say.

I also took 2 tramadol.

Still feel very ill.
