The Wal-Marts that are closed in those states are the same states where Jade Helm 15 is being conducted. Jade Helm 15 is from July to September. The Wal-Marts closed for six months this month making them re-opening in September after Jade Helm has concluded.

2. You start with your most profitable flagship locations, especially if there are other locations that can pick up the slack while the flagships are closed for the top secret remodel.

This six months... ohhhh, right in time for re-grand openings just in time for the holiday shopping season.

You are going to see more and more "leaked" pictures and video over the course of the 6 month shut downs.
