Iran accuses the United States of arming and funding ISIS | |

I think that it would be better said that United States is arming and funding Iran, the MB, and ISIS/Daesh, at the same time. US and international companies are following the money, no pun intended regarding isis. Supply and demand. Consider that isis/daesh city south of the border of texas. Consider that the media and the cartels are making money on the whole black market and the war conditions. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64843754 I think that it would be better said that United States is arming and funding Iran, the MB, and ISIS/Daesh, at the same time. US and international companies are following the money, no pun intended regarding isis. Supply and demand. Consider that isis/daesh city south of the border of texas. Consider that the media and the cartels are making money on the whole black market and the war conditions. Hard to believe the U.S are funding ISIS. They're about to be confined to the dustbin of history. Funding them doesn't really seem like a very good return on investment. ISIS have a half-decent videographer, but as an army they're really quite rag tag. They're being wiped out by the ill-trained Iraqi army and facing utter encirclement (and defeat) in Syria. Iran are probably going to be the biggest power in the region within 2 years. Israel is losing western support. Yemen is eating into Saudi Arabia and creating a huge embarrassment for them and Egypt's new military dictator is destined to go the same way as Mubarak and Morsi. Turkey is probably going to be very close in power to Iran, but that depends on how they tread in future conflicts involving Gaza and Israel. Now that Iran has the S-300VM missiles, they are free to build a bomb if they wish, free from (effective) air strikes against their deep-underground reactors. The next Ayatollah is very likely to be worse than Ahmadinejad in terms of foreign policy, so Tehran building a bomb will be more or less guaranteed by developments in the U.S and Israel (both of whom are lurching to the extreme right politically). Yin and Yang. Fact of the matter is that ISIS is buggered no matter who is funding them. The Sunni-Neo Con plot was colourful while it lasted but as always it's a botched operation, doomed to fail thanks to the regional ties and interests of Iran, Iraq and Syria. Who ever thought that the West's sworn enemies would be doing the world a great favour? lol |
