Common Law Courts

we are all operating under common law. many of the "courts" are passing themselves off as courts are actually legislative entities, such as traffic.

you can put something in your pleadings such as "I come before this article three court" in your preamble which may be effective.

most judges and lawyers know the fraud, so don't expect any support if you haven't done your homework.

Also, do you have anymore "secret" wordings that secure my rights? I already know about the UCC and shit.

i'm not sure there are any "secret wordings"...it's more a case of knowing ones rights.

for example, under common law there must be an injured or complaining party. who would that be in a traffic/speeding stop? Who was hurt by the act of speeding?

under common law, any enacted law or statute law must be based on public health, safety or morality.

needing a license to erect a fence or remodel a house would be to protect which of these??

Courts today are contract courts under UCC (Uniform Commercial Code)

Common law is under the constitution.
