Massive Supervoid Found 3 Billion Light-Years Away - Galactic Mel's Hole
Supposedly the largest object found in the universe so far.

Reminds me of Mel's hole only this one is 1.8 billion light-years across.

From the article:
Although the Big Bang theory allows for areas that are cooler and hotter, the size of the void does not fit with predicted models. Simply put, it is too big to exist.

Science is a wonderful thing but the arrogance is astounding.

Let's not get carried away!

Seriously, what the hell is that big void out there? How did it come to be?

Why do scientists think that "it should not exist"?
