Here...There....Everywhere. It isn't a dude sitting behind a computer. It's a very sophisticated algorithm detecting "beast"...if you are so inclined. It doesn't matter where you are. If you are on the net, have a cell phone, computer, tv, vehicle, appliance, or pretty much anything else the system is attached to you are being monitored. I don't find it scary as much as most people. It is the times we live in and there is no getting around it.

The sad part is that it is mostly used to appeal to our purchasing power. I mean...this thing knows more about us than we do. That part is kind of freaky I guess but there is nothing any one person can say on any internet site that will get the attention of a pencil pusher unless that are actively involved in some terrorism shit. I mean, really. I have have seen people post videos on youtube thinking that their house was being chemtrailed because of video they posted online. LMFAO

In true American style, the system cares how it can sell shit to us, not our horrible and mean captions on pictures of Hillary Clinton. lol

They have to analyze everything they can to gain proper intelligence. Otherwise they would not be doing their job.
