That was quite embarrassing .. I know this video is a while ago, but states still give out housing assistance aka section 8 .. CT hasn't had that in years and years .. Every once and a while an add will go in the paper for a specific ton and they will take 30 minutes of call applications ..

Anyone who needs housing assistance around here ends up in a bug, drug infested, violent housing project .. And it takes them more then a year to get to their name on the list (says a lot for people trying to get somewhere)..
