Something that really touched me was the line in a movie I saw, can't even remember what movie it was because that was unimportant, but the line basically said that with the person you love, whom you spent your life with... They don't just see you. They see the you they fell in love with 20-30-40+ years ago as well as the one they've spent so much of their life with ... The you no one else sees.

And it rang so true.

When I look at my wife, I don't just see her now... I see the sexy young woman I fawned over. The mother that raised my children. The woman that cared for me when I was sick...

25 years for us (since marriage, we dated before that) and we just attacked each other walking passed each other in the dining room for a little touch and feel. Our kids gave up saying, "get a room" years ago.

Married 6 years. Not too long, but we love eachother with a deeper love every year. I sometimes freak out how attracted he is to me sometimes.
I guess since I had a low self esteem before, I would question him. But we love eachother, and he still melts my heart. We are trying for a baby, and hopefully we will get a positive this year, but it turns me on to think he will be a dad. He loves his future babies already, and I am just so blessed. :)

I've been with my wife since 79 and 12 years ago she found out she had breast cancer and now she removes her "breast" b4 coming to bed at night.

Your wife may never get breast cancer (I hope she doesn't!) but if she does, your love will be tested and you will know if the love was real or if it was something else.
