The real reason for cookie cutter stores in the US now!
Martial law is unfeasible from a manpower standpoint, there is something to be said for the zoning of the brick n' mortar stores with all these shopping chains having the exact same lay out in every city. It is conducive to the delivery of a large scale command centers.
