My thoughts are that an EMP many be a source other than us. A nova like outburst of our Sun. Or the arrival of a galactic core gravity wave, which could, could have an EMP attribute. Then the reaction of the elite comes into play, if they even have a leg to stand on. The last warning from the heavens. It will not be of our doing.
