Re: Every Morning I Shower
OP since you are persistent I will say this fact..

when you take super hot showers, you open your skin pores more and more..

depending on where you're at when you shower.. different house, gym, where ever, you're more susceptible to disease and contracting bacteria ect..

always best to take warm showers, but not too hot as to open up all your bodies pores..

or at least, integrate the temperature, so its hot in the beginning but you give your body time to cool before stepping out hf

Thank you for the first intelligent response. Usually when the hot water tank drains it begins cooling gradually. I have exited the shower in super hot mode and end up sweating profusely for several minutes. Thanks for the advise.

And began to experiment. I would increase the water temperature incrementally. Get accustom to the heat and raise it again. Often I will keep doing this until the hot water heater is empty. Many mornings I would set off the smoke detector in the adjoining bedroom. The goal is to raise my core body temperature as to artificially simulate a fever. As many of you know, a fever is the body's natural response to bacterial and viral infections. I have been doing this for a year and a half and have yet to get sick.

Try sticking your head in the oven for 25 minute at 450 F. Make sure you wrap your head with foil.

Maybe you should get a one person sweat box or sauna. You can achieve the same effect with either of those. And you'll use far less water/gas.

Re: Every Morning I Shower
It's not the water vapor setting off the smoke detector. It is the rapid rise in the air temperature from running the hot water. Ugh... Besides that's not what the guy is talking about.

Fevers may also be useful because they increase the amount of antiviral and anticancer interferon in the blood, making it difficult for bacteria and viruses to replicate.

Sorry to tell you bud but if you have a optical type smoke detector heavy steam can and will set one off, the particles are big enough to break the beam and presto off goes that screaming annoying bitch.

Actually Goat Ass, I barge out and do the helicopter until your mum grabs hold of it. Just like your pops did before he came out of the closet. Come out of the basement and enjoy dinner with your mum and I.

Re: Every Morning I Shower
I second the minority consensus here. We used to have a smoke alarm go off in our apartment that was directly outside our bathroom. I sometimes enjoy taking super hot long showers. The alarm seemed to be kinda old. We switched it out and didn't have problems.

Re: Every Morning I Shower
Since I'm trying to grow my hair long... I take a shower every 36 hours (like I shower, Skip a Day, shower next day in the AM) - Sometimes I'll go 48 hours without showering and just do the wash face and pits put on Deo and spray and go 3 days.

It's actually healthier not to shower daily.

There's some science to back that up.. google it lol.

Do your thing! Haters gonna hate my friend.

Actually it does. I set off a smoke detector one time when I had a shower because I didn't bother closing the bathroom door.
