Quoting: BlueRidgeDoom when you take super hot showers, you open your skin pores more and more.. depending on where you're at when you shower.. different house, gym, where ever, you're more susceptible to disease and contracting bacteria ect.. always best to take warm showers, but not too hot as to open up all your bodies pores.. or at least, integrate the temperature, so its hot in the beginning but you give your body time to cool before stepping out Thank you for the first intelligent response. Usually when the hot water tank drains it begins cooling gradually. I have exited the shower in super hot mode and end up sweating profusely for several minutes. Thanks for the advise. Advice moran Wow thanks. Doubt anyone knew what I meant. Tell mommy you beat the Internet today. |

I would increase the water temperature incrementally. Get accustom to the heat and raise it again. Often I will keep doing this until the hot water heater is empty. Many mornings I would set off the smoke detector in the adjoining bedroom. The goal is to raise my core body temperature as to artificially simulate a fever. As many of you know, a fever is the body's natural response to bacterial and viral infections. I have been doing this for a year and a half and have yet to get sick. Quoting: Crimea River 69037100 Try sticking your head in the oven for 25 minute at 450 F. Make sure you wrap your head with foil. Try sticking your head in Astral's Goat Ass Maybe you should get a one person sweat box or sauna. You can achieve the same effect with either of those. And you'll use far less water/gas. Anonymous Coward User ID: 61330587 United States 04/26/2015 07:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's not the water vapor setting off the smoke detector. It is the rapid rise in the air temperature from running the hot water. Ugh... Besides that's not what the guy is talking about. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33769661 This friggin place. Sorry to tell you bud but if you have a optical type smoke detector heavy steam can and will set one off, the particles are big enough to break the beam and presto off goes that screaming annoying bitch. :Pirate Flag: 8-14-2018 The day Free Speech died in America |
