This is very serious. It means they fear loosing control. If fires break out uncontrolled, Baltimore is a tightly packed city. It WILL turn that city into a massive fire if this goes unchecked. I never EVER suggest someone leave their home on GLP over doom. But this is a situation where I WOULD leave Baltimore right now. Maybe it would be a good idea for them to bring in Ariel firefighting? A typical 5¢ utility knife blade would make short work of a fire hose. Yes, they dull quickly, but replacements are cheap and easy to carry. Better to wonder why somebody would even consider cutting a fire hose when there are fires burning. I've been married so long, I don't even look both ways when I cross the street. |
