Mayor refuses National Guard
The mayor refused the National Guard for good reason. She will take credit when the tax payers have to rebuile the poor area of Baltimore. Look at how well she promoted the city. And you think this is not planned by the politicians? Come on!

She finally asked the governor to declare a state of emergency. That includes the National Guard.
