The family of Dennis Simmonds are trying to get compensation and claiming he is the 5th victim of the Bombing along with MIT officer Collier, etc....as Simmonds died a year later of injuries sustained in the Watertown shoot out.

The REAL reason the prosecution, and everyone are trying to keep him out of this line of deaths as result of the Bombing, is that on his hospital report of his injuries, the TIME says 11:40 p.m. on April 18 2013 -which was a full hour BEFORE the authorities were notified about the asian Danny guy being carjacked. The carjacking call didn't come in till 12:08 AM on April 19 2013. So, WTF was Dennis Simmonds doing in Watertown then? He was part of the jttf force (gang unit), and should not have been in Watertown. WHich leads me to believe, there was something going on in Watertown well before the Tsarnaev official story of the entire night. That is why they are keeping the officer Simmonds death on the DL. The family might know, or not know, but it's clear on that hospital report what TIME he was injured in Watertown, and that messes up the entire timeline of what we have been TOLD happened that night.

You have to be braindead to think it wasn't a false flag.
