Since souls are able to see future/past/Akashic Records before they reincarnate, why would some still choose to reincarnate in terrible places, such as an african tribe and get their limbs hacked off at certain ponit. Don't everyone try to make their experience more enjoyable?

Cayce only said his next reincarnation will be in the 2150's or something. DW has nothing to do with Cayce. He can claim he's obama's brother if he thinks that's more profitable.

Is there anyone who can remember the 'choice' part when they reincarnate? i.e. some soul cops show them the candidates that they are allowed to reincarnate into, so they have to choose a shitty place as payback for the bad deeds they did last time.

No idea. Since Cayce isn't running his foundation, who knows what the arrangement is.

Remember this, souls have different characters in each reincarnation, many changed social status, skin color, even sex. Maybe his next reincarnation, the Nebraska boy with a strange last name, doesn't have the abilities he had as Edgar Cayce, but that shouldn't make people suspect his abilities as Edgar Cayce.

Karma does come into play, but it's more like the evolution of advancing lessons.
You cannot grow, and continue to ride on a tricycle.
You must advance to a bicycle because you are to big for the trike, then on to a ten speed and eventually on to your first beater car and so on.

OP...can you give us lucid dreamers some tips or techniques on how to get to astral projection from a lucid dream state? I haven't been able to get that far. Is there some kind of thought process, while lucid dreaming, that will take you on to the next level?
