1)NYC has a HUGE police force

2)Wallstreet/financial markets

3)Very expensive real estate, many owned by "elites"

4)NYC have less ghettoans than Baltimore

If something does happen, it will be small or quickly quelled....Manhattan will be top priority, boroughs like Bronx and Brooklyn has more potential "Thug" rioters and would probably be the hotspots...
