Jonathan Goldman tells in his book, Healing Sound, about a mind shaking experience in a completely dark cave in Palenque in Mexico, where his guide asked him to perform harmonious singing. When he began to tone harmonics towards the area the guide has indicated before the lights went out, the cave began to become illuminated, but it was not ordinarily light. It was more subtle, but it was definitely lighter in the room. The outline and figures of the people there could be seen and everyone was aware of it. This experience was one of the more dramatic episodes in his life. [ link to home3.inet.tele.dk] this is very cool. But it is not unheard of. Google the term 'photoluminescence' the point of posting it was to encourage others to actually make sounds themselves and focus their intentions in heart based vibes. or you could by some machine off the internet........ The toning of harmonics like that used in meditation seed sounds, or mantras, or healing work is very real and all should try for themselves truly-as the ability of sound to clear the entire body of residual noise pollution-overtone singing or Tuvan is very fortifying and brings many rewards as is the "fire breathing" as many Yogics do..or the art of conscious breathing-there is a really good book about that..I will post it later...rhythms can also invoke a etheric inner cadence---and the ear/heart can entrain... Entrainment like anything can be used for good or ill-be aware that it can reach farther than one is consciously aware of...so be cautious and use good source...or get into the MUCK playing with fire, only to realize the muck was sterno...
