I don't know the particulars of the engagement, but I can tell you for sure that at ranges under about 30 yards a hand gun is a preferable weapon to a rifle.

Some cops are good guys and some are bad guys. Some are very good with their weapons and some are bad.

And I can tell you this. Somebody who is truly skilled, not only in target shooting, but also in combat hand gunning... that guy is a match for several average guys with guns. We're talking hits on 3 or 4 targets at 30 yards in under 2 seconds. Sometimes much better than that.

One cop, one service weapon and one clip. pop, pop, pop on passenger terrorist, 3 pops on the driver terrorist, one or two more pops when passenger reached for his back pack that contained a grenade, POP head shot! Done is 15 or less secs. Person who was actually driving on the road right behind the suspects car saw it all happen live... Terrorists were in vests, had exceptionally high grade weapons. Driver had a scope on his & passenger had an extended barrel as if it was a long range rifle, no scope. Also said was that they didn't even know how to use weaponry correct. Terrorist only shot GISD officer in his ankle as he stepped out of the car to tell them they can't park there. My kids go to school right next door and I spoke out at the school board meeting in January to cancel this stupid Stand with the Prophet recruiting and radicalizing our community muslims on January 28th, they refused.....theyd rather save face and not look islamophobic and instead put GARLAND on the map for more targets.
