I would say the navy is the Gladio dagger symbol, the parachute, got me, dagger special ops. all carried pm the back of an eagle. I guess the are the black outfits that jump out of planes, like the ones around 1999 or 2000, near where I live. Could have been earlier, they were doing a secret op train, which came close to being real, they forgot to tell the people who got their guns and had some, in front of them.
