as i always under stood it, the sky get almost green like during a tornado.

We are also under affects of the filament release a few days ago.

I'm North of the storm but watching OKC Television. Storm has made a turn NORTH and they are now moving people at Will Rogers World Airport into shelters.

Yes, a dirty dark green. Has something to do with hail but it also indicates that the atmosphere is right for tornados.
I've shown my kids the sky when it's like that, so they know if they see it and are without me, they know to take cover.
