Yeah, but if you know Him personally, why would you want to use that foul language? Do you think that pleases Him? And be careful not to use His name in vain! Using that language shows no fear or trembling. It just shows you don't care what He thinks about it.

No ones perfect, same thing could be said about any other peoples and their religion. I'm Christian, but I'll be the first to admit I use foul language on a daily basis, I personally don't go to church on Sundays, I guess I 'm a different breed of Christian, I think partly because I don't believe you need to go to church on a weekly basis and prove your relationship to God, I talk to God on a daily basis, pray in the car, and thats my form of church. I also kinda have an issue with being around fake people. And I'm not gonna lie they do exist at Christian Churches, yes there can be very judgmental Christian folks out there. I have issue with people telling me how to live my life or give sermons on why were all living a life of sin, yet after church is over they don't practice what they preach. And the way I see it no can truly tell us how to live our lives accept God, and I don't think a Pastor or a Priest can truly tell us how to live our lives unless they are truly living a Godly, Sinless life, and that is damn near impossible on this planet. Look at it this way, Christmas, if you celebrate it, technically you are celebrating the birth of Christ and are Christian. Like I said, no ones perfect,so for example maybe Young Joey went to church on Christmas Day, listened bored out of his mind to a sermon,went home hopped on the XBOX for a session of COD, and started talking shit to fellow players, even throwing
his controller and swearing, then hopped on GLP and started using foul language on one of the threads arguing with another GLP'er, but never specified he was Christian, just your average Joe, being a normal human being that needs to express his true feelings when he is pissed off

There was only one perfect man. Christians have foibles and idiosyncrasies. Foul language by itself isn't necessarily a sin. It would be a sin for a Christian to use it around someone he or she knows would find it offensive. Sometimes the process of enlightenment for an individual takes decades or a lifetime. Not all Christians are the same. Be careful not to make hasty generalizations or to be prejudiced. There are many wonderful, inspiring Christians.

Who's definition of profanity are we using? Who decides what words are considered profanity? Are we going by our society's definition??? Our government??? Should we trust those same people that say a word is profane but abortion is OK?
